Sciandtech Debuts iLoabot-X 2.0 Robot at WAIC 2026
Bot Telegraph, July 20 — The 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) kicked off at the Shanghai World Expo Center. In the embodied intelligence themed exhibition area, Jiading-based company SENAD brought its latest iterative autonomous operation robot, the iLoabot-X 2.0, and publicly debuted its self-developed “Logistics Loading and Unloading Vertical Physics Engine” for the first time.
Six mass-produced iLoabot-X robots demonstrated collaborative operations on-site, with the 2.0 version featuring upgrades across four major dimensions: the core brain, hardware structure, heavy-load performance, and battery life system. Powered by the self-developed Robot Insight smart brain, the robot can complete environment comprehension, task planning, and motion control within milliseconds. It reliably adapts to complex working conditions such as palletizing, handling, and loading/unloading shelves, operating entirely without human intervention.
The operating radius of the iLoabot-X 2.0 robotic arm has been significantly expanded, providing stable support for 46-kilogram-level operations. In terms of battery life, the newly upgraded hot-swappable battery technology allows for a single operating time of over 12 hours. The battery swapping process requires no downtime, meeting the demands for 24/7 continuous production in industrial scenarios.
SENAD also released the Senad Robot Insight-World V3.0 model. Featuring a five-layer innovative architecture comprising a perception layer, a prediction layer (physics engine), a cognitive decision-making layer, an action execution layer, and a safety closed-loop layer, it “teaches” physical rules to the robot. This enables the robot to predict consequences such as changes in the force acting on a cargo pile before grasping, achieving “predictive” operations. This series of models relies on the Robot Insight series technologies jointly developed by SENAD and the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University.
