Standard Robots Files for IPO on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities and Guotai Haitong as Joint Sponsors
According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s disclosure on July 27, Standard Robots (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. has submitted its listing application to the HKEX. The joint sponsors are CITIC Securities and Guotai Junan International.
Standard Robots is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of intelligent mobile robots (AGV/AMR), primarily providing intelligent logistics solutions for the manufacturing and logistics industries. The company’s product range includes various categories such as handling robots, forklift robots, and composite robots, which are widely applied in industries like 3C electronics, semiconductors, new energy, and automotive manufacturing.
This is not Standard Robots’ first attempt to enter the capital market. The company initially submitted its prospectus in June 2025, and this update represents a continuation of its listing process on the HKEX. Standard Robots plans to list under the HKEX Chapter 18C rules, with the raised funds primarily allocated to technology research and development, market expansion, and production capacity building.
In recent years, with the sustained growth in demand for intelligent manufacturing and industrial automation, the mobile robot sector has entered a period of rapid development. As a leading domestic mobile robot enterprise, Standard Robots’ updated prospectus marks a significant step forward in its capitalization process.
