Unitree Robotics: Projected Revenue of 1.052 to 1.128 Billion Yuan for January-June 2026

Bot Telegraph July 31st, Unitree Robotics announced that the company will conduct its initial public offering and list on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. The offering will be conducted through a combination of strategic placement, offline offering, and online offering. The company plans to publicly offer 40,446,434 shares, accounting for 10% of the total share capital after issuance, with the total post-issuance share capital being 404,464,340 shares. The preliminary inquiry date is August 5, 2026, and the online and offline subscription date is August 10, 2026. The company has a special voting rights mechanism arrangement, under which the actual controller, Wang Xingxing, collectively controls 68.78% of the company’s voting rights. In terms of performance, Unitree Robotics expects revenue for the first half of 2026 to be between 1.052 billion yuan and 1.128 billion yuan. The announcement stated that benefiting from the continuous growth in market demand in the embodied intelligence industry and the expansion of the company’s business scale, the company’s revenue for the first half of 2026 is expected to increase by 35.62% to 45.41% compared to the same period last year. The announcement also noted that the company’s net profit attributable to the parent company’s owners for the first half of 2025 was a loss, primarily due to the recognition of a significant amount of share-based payment expenses during that period. For the first half of 2026, the company’s net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to decline year-on-year, mainly due to a substantial increase in R&D investment and significant sales expenses in the first quarter. However, the year-on-year decline is expected to be significantly smaller compared to the first quarter of 2026.
