According to the plan’s deployment, efforts will focus on promoting the innovative application of next-generation power batteries, automotive-grade chips, and vehicle operating systems. In the transportation sector, there are plans to vigorously promote new energy heavy-duty trucks for trunk transportation, short- and medium-distance transportation, urban logistics, and specific scenarios such as mines and ports.

The plan also requires a significant increase in the proportion of green electricity used in polysilicon production. In the wind power sector, the focus will be on breakthroughs in the design and manufacturing technology of highly reliable wind turbines for complex environments such as deserts, Gobi, high-altitude areas, and deep-sea regions, while advancing the application of integrated wind-solar-storage equipment tailored to local conditions.

Additionally, the development of lithium battery products with large capacity, high safety, all-weather capability, and long lifespan will be accelerated. The plan clearly outlines the expansion of high-performance lithium battery applications in fields such as low-altitude equipment, intelligent robots, electric ships, electric construction machinery, and new energy agricultural machinery, while promoting the role of new energy storage in coordinated power supply operations and grid stability support.
