Zhiyuan Robotics Awards Mid-Year Special Performance Bonus, With All Employees Eligible for Up to One Month’s Salary

Zhiyuan Company held its 2026 mid-year all-staff meeting on July 31, announcing a special mid-year performance bonus for all employees. This move stems from the company exceeding its performance targets in the first half of 2026, aiming to share the fruits of development with its workforce.

According to an internal company notice, the bonus is set at one month’s fixed base salary and will be distributed along with the July payroll. Eligible recipients include all full-time employees, including co-creation staff, who were employed from January 1 to June 30, 2026. For employees who joined or left during the first half of the year, the bonus will be prorated based on actual days of employment.

In an internal letter, Zhiyuan’s management team emphasized that the company’s performance in the first half of 2026 was achieved through the collective efforts of all employees. This incentive recognizes the team’s hard work in the first half while also expressing expectations for continued momentum in the second half, calling on all staff to persist in overcoming challenges and strive for even higher business goals.
