From Computing Power Foundations to End-Use Applications: “Made in China” Achieves Multi-Point Breakthroughs in Global Expansion

Bot Telegraph August 1st report: In the first half of this year, China demonstrated outstanding performance in the export of AI computing infrastructure and intelligent terminal products. The export value of optical communication device laser transceiver modules and integrated circuits used for AI computing construction achieved significant year-on-year increases of 22.3% and 88.7%, respectively. Meanwhile, the export volume of domestically produced intelligent biomimetic robots, which deeply integrate AI technology, has surpassed 10,000 units.

In the field of industrial robots, domestically produced intelligent handling robots and welding robots continue to expand into the global manufacturing market, with export growth rates exceeding 60%. This series of achievements indicates that products of “Made in China” are achieving breakthroughs across multiple tracks, from underlying computing support equipment to front-end application terminals, and are accelerating their entry into the international market.

Industry analysis suggests that the overall strength of Chinese semiconductor companies is reshaping the existing global market landscape. According to data, in the first half of 2026, the total market capitalization of China’s semiconductor sector on the A-share market historically surpassed that of major state-owned banks, exceeding 14 trillion yuan. Among them, the storage chip sector contributed the largest increase in market value.

Globally, the price competitiveness, production flexibility, and capital market attractiveness of Chinese manufacturers are continuously strengthening. The development of the AI industry fundamentally relies on computing power and storage capabilities, and China’s supply capacity and market influence in these two key areas are continuously expanding, laying a solid foundation for it to occupy a more important position in the global industrial chain.
