ON Semiconductor: AI Data Center Revenue Expected to More Than Double by 2026

Bot Telegraph, August 6th — ON Semiconductor reported revenue of $1.604 billion for the second quarter of 2026, representing a year-over-year increase of approximately 9%. Net profit reached around $227 million, marking a sequential turnaround from a loss to a profit. Hassane El-Khoury, the company’s President and CEO, stated that AI data centers are currently the fastest-growing segment of the business, and he anticipates that revenue from this segment will more than double in 2026.

During the same period, the company secured a strategic AI data center platform project from Great Wall Power, a cloud infrastructure power supplier. Targeting applications in AI data centers, robotics, and industrial infrastructure, ON Semiconductor has introduced a gallium nitride (GaN) power product portfolio with voltage coverage ranging from 40V to 650V.
