It is reported that this funding round saw joint participation from multiple top-tier RMB funds, leading USD funds, and prominent industry players. The raised capital will be primarily used for the research and development of embodied AI tactile perception materials, chips, algorithms, and models, as well as for the scaled mass production and high-quality delivery of production line orders.

Yimu Technology focuses on the field of embodied AI tactile perception, dedicated to providing robots with highly sensitive “tactile” capabilities. Tactile perception is one of the core technologies of embodied AI, enabling robots to sense information such as force, temperature, and texture when handling objects, thereby achieving more precise grasping and manipulation.
