Suzhou Precision Bearing “Little Giant” Changcheng Jingwork Aims for ChiNext IPO Amid Robotic and Other Industry Applications

Bot Telegraph, July 19 — Suzhou Great Wall Precision Technology Co., Ltd. recently submitted its prospectus to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, aiming to list on the ChiNext board, with China Securities as its sponsor.

Great Wall Precision is a national “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in ultra-precision bearings in China. Its products are widely used in CNC machine tools, industrial robots, new energy vehicles, elevators, textile machinery, and other fields. The company possesses the design and production capabilities for over 5,000 types of bearings, with specifications covering inner diameters of 2mm to outer diameters of 500mm. Notably, its robot bearings are primarily applied in robot bodies, as well as RV reducers and harmonic reducers.

In the field of industrial robots, Great Wall Precision’s bearing products provide critical support for robot joints and reducers. Bearings are known as the “joints of machinery,” capable of supporting rotating shafts, ensuring rotational accuracy, and reducing the friction coefficient. The company’s P4-grade and above ultra-precision bearings are manufactured to the strictest tolerances to meet the demands of high-precision applications such as robotics.

The prospectus indicates that for this ChiNext IPO, Great Wall Precision plans to raise approximately RMB 809 million. The funds will primarily be used to expand precision bearing production for machine tools and the semiconductor industry, build capacity for key bearings used in areas such as robotics and new energy vehicles, and establish an R&D center for high-performance bearings tailored for emerging fields like embodied robotics and high-end medical equipment.

In terms of financial performance, from 2023 to 2025, Great Wall Precision’s operating revenue stood at approximately RMB 722 million, RMB 779 million, and RMB 872 million, respectively, showing a steady growth trend. However, impacted by its overseas subsidiaries being in their early stages of development, net profits experienced a slight decline, recording RMB 109 million, RMB 104 million, and RMB 90 million, respectively.

Notably, Great Wall Precision has explicitly listed embodied robotics as a key R&D direction in its IPO fundraising, reflecting the robust demand for high-end bearings within the robotics industry. As the markets for humanoid robots and industrial robots expand rapidly, there is massive potential for domestic substitution of precision bearings as core components.
