Huayan Robotics Debuts Seven-Axis Humanoid Arm and Embodied Intelligence Product Matrix at WAIC 2026

The presentation included a seven-axis humanoid arm, a next-generation VR teleoperation system, welding solutions, and physiotherapy applications.
Leveraging over 20 years of technological accumulation in core robotics technologies such as motors, joint modules, servo drives, and motion control algorithms, Huayan Robotics has achieved a full-chain deep layout, spanning from foundational motor/joint modules to collaborative robots and embodied intelligence-related products.
In terms of core components, Huayan’s Meta series motors offer superior torque density compared to international counterparts, while its humanoid joint modules achieve extreme lightweight and integration. Based on its full-stack self-research capabilities, Huayan Robotics has been supplying core motion components like motors and joint modules to leading global enterprises in bulk, securing a key position in the global embodied intelligence supply chain.
At the “cerebellum” level of embodied intelligence, Huayan Robotics unveiled its “Modular Embodied Nervous System,” which includes data collection systems, teleoperation systems, perception systems (vision, force, hearing, touch), upper limb and actuation systems, mobile and torso systems, and task systems. By standardizing these cerebellar functions into modular components, the company lowers the development threshold for embodied intelligence applications.
As core execution components for embodied intelligence, Huayan Robotics’ Echo and HY series seven-axis humanoid arms cover multiple load models from 3kg to 15kg. They feature high-precision force control across all joints with accuracy ≤0.02N·m and end-effector contact force precision of 0.1N. The control box can manage four arms simultaneously, with a compact size of just 152mm×69.5mm×112mm. The seven-axis humanoid arms natively support ROS2 and provide an open SDK, enabling decision-making capabilities to be deployed at the edge. They can autonomously perceive deviations, identify anomalies, and adjust trajectories in real time.
In data collection and teleoperation, Huayan deeply integrates impedance control, spatial following, and VR teleoperation technologies to create a new-generation data collection solution. It employs torque loop control for true compliant force control, while VR combined with cameras delivers an immersive “what you see is what you get” operational experience.
In terms of application scenarios, Huayan demonstrated several real-world solutions. The AI welding robot establishes a “hand-eye-brain” collaborative system, using 3D vision to perceive sub-millimeter point cloud data. A physical AI model analyzes weld seam morphology, thermal deformation, and other physical parameters in real time. The execution layer ensures precise and stable welding with high-precision motion control featuring repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.015mm and trajectory accuracy of ±0.15mm. The AI physiotherapy robot, in collaboration with Deyi Medical, uses a deep physiotherapy large model that integrates traditional Chinese medicine theories with modern medical technology as its intelligent core, delivering personalized “one person, one prescription” precision physiotherapy services.
