Zhiyang Innovation Plans to Raise Up to 904 Million Yuan for Multi-Domain Embodied Intelligence and AI Agent R&D Projects

Bot Telegraph August 14th news, Zhiyang Innovation (688191.SH) announced that the company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 904 million yuan. After deducting issuance expenses, the funds raised will be primarily allocated to four areas: investment in multi-domain embodied intelligence and AI agent research and development projects, intelligent sensing terminals and their analysis and management platform R&D projects, comprehensive AI sensing terminal industrialization upgrades and supporting energy facility construction projects, as well as supplementing working capital and repaying interest-bearing debts.
